NESTMEDIC TEAM INVITED TO THE PRESIDENTIAL PALACE

On October 23, Nestmedic, as one of six innovative Polish companies presented its Pregnabit device during a ceremonial signing of the law on innovation in the Presidential Palace.
The law on innovation contains a broad package of measures aimed at creating incentives for innovative activity. After the ceremony of signing the law, President Andrzej Duda and Deputy Prime Minister Jarosław Gowin met with Polish inventors, representatives of companies whose innovative products are an example of successful commercialization of research results. Among them was our portfolio company – Nestmedic.

XTPL AT “START-UP EUROPE” IN BERLIN

XTPL is the first and only Polish company invited to the conference “Start-Up Europe” organized on November 22-23 in Berlin by the European Institute of Innovation & Technology.
During the meeting, the invited companies had a chance to talk about their technologies to representatives of the leading European media.
“- Any such meeting gives us very important contacts that result in the next talks about XTPL technology internationally. Today we got to the top of European young companies working on technologies that support modern thinking about climate change. It’s a great ennoblement for us”- sums up Sebastian Młodziński, President of the Management Board of XTPL SA.

BIOAVLEE RECOMMENDED FOR FUNDING UNDER THE “FAST TRACK” COMPETITION OF NCBR.

The National Research and Development Centre (NCBR) has announced the results of the July edition of the “Fast Track” competition.

From the 369 applications submitted to NCBR, experts of the Centre chose 52 projects recommended for funding. Among them was the project of our portfolio company Bioavlee: “Development of technology for identification and susceptibility testing of bacteria based on the phenomenon of laser diffraction and analysis of morphological features of bacterial colonies.” The total budget of the project amounts to nearly PLN 4,9M, including 2,9M funding form NCBR.
