On June 12, our portfolio company Nestmedic will debut on NewConnect. During the first issue of shares, which took place in Q1 of this year, the company raised over PLN 8.4 million from individual investors and investment funds.
The debut will take place on June 12, at 11:15 in the Stock Exchange Securities Trading Floor at Książęca 4 in Warsaw.
– Entering the NewConnect market will allow us to develop even faster, which will undoubtedly contribute to the company’s value creation. The presence on the small, and with time also on the main floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, makes the company fully transparent to investors and contractors, which in turn translates into greater business confidence. It is very important to us at the stage when we start selling the Pregnabit system in Poland and are talking to distributors abroad – says Patrycja Wizińska-Socha, co-founder and CEO of Nestmedic.
