In 2010-2014, she served as the President of the Menagemnt Board of Lemon Sky, one of the leading digital agencies in Poland (since 2000), ultimately co-managing a team of 100 people. Her leadership has resulted in long-term growth of the company. Market position, value of agencies and customer portfolio triggered the interest of global advertising concerns: in March 2014 Lemon Sky has become part of the world’s oldest network agency, J. Walter Thompson.
Magda Surowiec prepared the proces of negotiations and sale of the company, where later she was responsible for business development and merger of both structures after the transaction had been completed.
Her experience in management and marketing is also co-creation and implementation of effective marketing campaigns for such brands as among others: Nestle, Orange, Tesco.
