At the bank’s messenger, we can already find the Emplocity Emplobot, which helps recruit new employees. The Emplobot can create a virtual resume of the client and match his application to available job offers based on a short interview with the candidate. All this happens thanks to the use of artificial intelligence. “The technology we have created gives us great opportunities. We have not said the last word yet” – says CTO Emplocity – Arkadiusz Talun.
