We are pleased to present our new investment – Emplocity.
The founders of Emplocity are Arkadiusz Talun and Krzysztof Sobczak. The company operates in the area of AI / NLP, chatbots and advanced data processing, supporting HR departments in the recruitment process, in particular in the acquisition of candidates (also passive), pre-selection and communication with candidates.
Emplocity is the author of the world’s first bot, which introduces a unique process innovation, becoming the candidate in the recruitment process. The company is a laureate of the ABSL Start-Up Challenge and the winner of the Eagle of Innovation Startup 2017 competition, organized by the editorial staff of “Rzeczpospolita”.
The investment is carried out in cooperation with the National Center for Research and Development under the Bridge Alfa program.
