Recent weeks have brought good news from Nestmedic – our portfolio company. The company continues the commercialization of the Pregnabit telemedical CTG solution for fetal health monitoring.
A few days ago, a distribution agreement was signed with the Nigerian company Health Cross Global Medical Solutions Limited. The contract concerns the distribution of the Pregnabit system in Nigeria, one of the world leaders in terms of fertility rate. As a result of the contract, only next year, about 295 devices for CTG testing at home will be brought to the Nigerian market.
This is the second agreement signed by Nestmedic with a foreign partner in the last few weeks. In the beginning of November, the Company announced that it had signed a cooperation agreement with a Finnish distributor, Steripolar Oy. The contract defines the commercial conditions of the distribution of the Pregnabit system in Finland.
